The internal work desk for Summit Exterior Services.

One place for the work

Summit Desk helps invited team members organize assigned leads, record contact history and next actions, prepare quotes, and find Summit reference documents. The owner reviews private pricing, approves the exact proposal, and controls access.

Connected company files

The app uses Google sign-in for identity. A separate owner-authorized integration reads and updates selected company files in Google Drive and Google Sheets, including the File 08 estimator and File 09 work records. It does not request unrestricted Drive access.

Company tools and support

Approved-proposal email can be sent explicitly when the company mailbox is configured. Other customer communications, signing contracts, scheduling crews, invoicing and collecting payments take place in Summit’s existing tools. Questions about the app or access: kwesi841@gmail.com.
